REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY VISA [OFFICIAL/MEMBER OF THE GOVERNMENT]

  2. Official Passport;
  3. One passport-size photograph;
  4. Letter from the Ministry or Government;
  5. Photocopy of parent’s passport;
  6. Invitation letter;
  7. Copy of diplomatic card;
  8. Copy of flight ticket reservation

REQUIREMENTS FOR BUSINESS VISA/ENTRY VISA

  3. Current passport;
  4. One passport-size photograph;

  6. Photocopy of invitee’s passport;

  8. Inviting Company’s incorporation certificate;
  9. D.I.R.E [ Resident permit for non-Mozambicans]

REQUIREMENTS FOR TOURIST VISA [INFANTS]

  4. Note Verbal;
  5. Invitation letter
  6. Copy of diplomatic card
  7. Copy of flight ticket reservation

REQUIREMENTS FOR STR VISA [SUBJECT TO REGULARISATION]

  1. Completed online Visa Application Form; www.immigration.gov.ng
  2. Print-out slip/receipts of online payment;
  3. Current Passport;
  4. One passport-size photograph;
  5. Resident permit for non-Mozambicans;
  6. Letter from the company requesting entry Visa for the applicant;
  7. Renewal of Expatriate Quota Position;
  8. Certificate of Incorporation;
  9. Appointment letter;
  10. Letter of acceptance of employment;
  11. Copy of flight ticket reservation;
  12. Bio data/CV;
  13. Copies of certificate qualifying for the type of job the applicant is going for.

NOTE: These documents must be duplicated in four [4] copies each.

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR TWP VISA [TEMPORARY WORK PERMIT]

  1. Completed online Visa Application Form; www.immigration.gov.ng
  2. Print-out slip/receipts of online payment;
  3. Current Passport;
  4. One passport-size photograph;
  5. Resident permit for non-Mozambicans;
  6. Letter from the company requesting entry Visa for the applicant;
  7. Employment letter;
  8. Acceptance of offer of employment;
  9. Expatriate Quota;
  10. Company’s Certificate of Incorporation;
  11. Communication Blue paper;
  12. Flight reservation;
  13. Bio date/CV;
  14. Copies of qualifying certificate relating to the kind of job the applicant is going for.

REQUIREMENTS FOR E.T.C FOR FULL & EXPIRED PASSPORT

  1. Valid resident permit
  2. Application letter to the mission including: date of birth, father and mother’s names, local government and state of origin
  3. Photocopy of passport
  4. One passport-size photograph
  5. Copy of flight ticket
  6. One Hundred United States Dollars [$100 USD]

REQUIREMENTS FOR E.T.C FOR LOST PASSPORT

  1. Valid resident permit
  2. Copy of police report and translated version in English
  3. Application letter to the mission including: date of birth, father and mother’s names, local government and state of origin
  4. Photocopy of passport
  5. One passport-size photograph
  6. Copy of flight ticket
  7. Photocopy of identification document [ Nigerian passport or Nigerian Driver’s license or Nigerian National identity Card ]
  8. One Hundred United States Dollars [$100 USD]

REQUIREMENTS FOR E.T.C FOR INFANT

  1. Copy of parent’s passport and resident’s permit
  2. Consent letter signed by both parents including: infants date of birth,  local government and state of origin
  3. infants birth certificate
  4. One passport-size photograph
  5. Copy of flight ticket
  6. One Hundred United States Dollars [$100 USD]
